The post-covid environment has left us missing competitive Magic: The Gathering tournaments in the Netherlands. The restructuring of Organized Play by Wizards created a lack of affordable and large-scale tournaments, which are important for maintaining a thriving competitive scene in the Netherlands and its surrounding areas.
To fill this void, we are reviving the Dutch Open Series. Our goal is to bring the Dutch Magic community together by offering high-level tournaments with great prizes.
The first Dutch Open Series in 2015 attracted over 420 unique players and featured over 7,500 euros in prizes.
The upcoming edition of the Dutch Open Series is brought to you by Rob de Haan, Sebastiaan Tuinstra, and the founder of the series, Rudy Meijer.
